Wander Clark County: Parkersville SOLD OUT

Parker's Landing National Historic Site 24 S A St, Washougal, WA

One of the oldest incorporated communities, Parker’s Landing began in 1845 when David C. Parker staked his claim amongst the Chinook-speaking Indigenous community and named the area Parkersville. By the 1870s, merchants had purchased much of the land neighboring Parkersville, giving rise to the community known today as Washougal.
