How it works

1. Enter your first name, last name, and email address on file with CCHM.
2. Click “Check Membership” to see your current level and renewal date.
3. Click “Pay for [Your Level] Membership” to renew securely online.

Your renewal takes effect immediately, and we’ll send out your new membership cards within one week of your payment.
