Wander Clark County: Parkersville

July 16, 2022 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am PDT

$8

One of the oldest incorporated communities, Parker’s Landing began in 1845 when David C. Parker staked his claim amongst the Chinook-speaking Indigenous community and named the area Parkersville. By the 1870s, merchants had purchased much of the land neighboring Parkersville, giving rise to the community known today as Washougal.

Special thanks to this week’s sponsor, the Camas-Washougal Community Chest. ***This tour is free to Camas-Washougal residents***
