This year’s tours will highlight the following locations: \n\nJun 29 Old City Cemetery\nJul 13 Celebrate Main Street: Historic Ridgefield\nJul 27 Celebrate Main Street: Old Town Battle Ground\nAug 10 That’s Entertainment: Celebrating Downtown Vancouver\nAug 24 (Her)Story: Remarkable Women of Clark County\nSep 7 Celebrate Main Street: Downtown Camas\n\nGuides will lead up to 30 people for approximately a mile\, making frequent stops along the way to view buildings\, tell stories\, and answer questions. Good walking shoes and balance aids are recommended; terrain varies and\, except for Old City Cemetery\, consists mostly of city sidewalks. \nAll are welcome on the tours\, though they are best suited for those 13 years and older. Tours happen rain or shine. Please dress and hydrate appropriately. There are no restroom stops on the tours. \nTickets are $10.00 for non-members. CCHM members are free but RSVP is required. Discover architectural gems designed by prolific architect Day Hillborn\, and hear stories about the people that settled in the communities which eventually became the City of Battle Ground.\n\nTour will meet in front of Hidden River Roasters – Old Town.\n\nWANDER CLARK COUNTY\nSummer is the right time to wander through and learn the stories of people who have lived\, worked\, and carved out their place in Clark County. Our history tours offer a fascinating glimpse through the windows of time\, offering a mix of memories\, research\, and architectural details.\nFor each tour\, guides will lead up to 25 people for approximately a mile\, making frequent stops along the way to view buildings\, tell stories\, and answer questions. Good walking shoes and balance aids are recommended; terrain varies and consists mostly of city sidewalks.\nTours happen rain or shine\, so please dress for the weather. Comfortable shoes and water are recommended. There are no restroom stops on the tours.\n\n\nTour are held most Saturdays throughout the summer.
